11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QUANTASOLVER shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold QUANTASOLVER harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms or applicable service agreements. Termination provisions in specific service agreements will govern the termination of those services.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or as otherwise specified in service agreements.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or by email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with any applicable service agreements and policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and QUANTASOLVER regarding the use of our services.
